procedure
Anderson
Ross
Business
School
provides
education
for students
from
throughout
the world.
Students
have

college via

by e-mail,
telephone,
facsimile,
correspondence
or personal
visits to
the campus.
Anderson
Ross
Business
School has
representatives
internationally.
The enrolment procedures are as follows:
- Payment of non-refundable application fee of £150.
- Anderson Ross Business School will not issue any documentation until
the consultant / agent remits to Anderson Ross Business School the completed
registration form and non-refundable deposit from the student.
- The consultant must receive the relevant academic supporting
documents from the applicant and then assess whether or not they meet the
criterion for the course and, thereafter, advise the student with regard to
course enrolment.

Upon
receiving
feedback
from the
consultant,
along
with the
required
documents,
the
college
will
issue
the
acceptance
letter.
- The
college
is bound
not to
admit /
enrol
any
student
without
the
involvement
of the
authorised
representative.
- The representative will not charge for any application referred
directly by the college.

Before
the
issue of
the
Confirmation
of
Acceptance
of
Studies
(CAS),the
representative
will
remit at
least
50% of
the fees
either
by Bank
Draft,Bank
Transfer
or any
other
means
acceptable
to the
college
in
favour
of
Anderson
Ross
Business
School.
In case
the visa
is
refused,
the
administrative
fee of
£150
will be
held and
the
balance
of fees
remitted
to the
agent.
- No
student
under 18
will be
admitted
for any
course.
Policies and procedures with regard to the non-arrival of a student
Where a visa
application
is not
successful,
the college
representative
must fax or
email the
refusal
letter from
the Embassy
/ High
Commission
along with a
copy of the
passport
details.
The original
admission
letters from
the Embassy
/ High
Commission
must be sent
to the
college by
certified
post. If a
student
obtains a
visa and
does not
report to
the college
by the due
date they
will be
considered
as a
"non-arrival"
and reported
to the UK
Border
Agency..
Policies and
procedures
for the
non-attendance
of a student
Student
attendance
is strictly
monitored.
Non-attendance
is not
acceptable
unless
validated
reasons are
given.
According to
ARBS policy,
a warning
notice is
sent to
students
whose
attendance
is under
80%. Failure
to attend
classes for
10
consecutive
expected
contacts
(without
notice) will
result in
the student
being
expelled
from ARBS
and reported
to the UK
Border
Agency.
